Construction Update 9/27/2019

The roof complete is now complete with curbs, flashing and the safety rails installed. Once the roof was complete, D&L set their RTU’s.

In-wall and above ceiling rough-ins are well underway for all MEP trades.

Grey interiors just began topping out second floor walls, keeping all of out MEP trade partners moving along.

Upcoming Construction

  • Complete in-wall MEP rough-in
  • Begin air barrier and stucco
  • Continue above ceiling rough-in
  • Start up RTU’s
  • Complete top out and hang walls
