Have had my QX60 serviced there a couple times and great experiences all around! This time around Chase was super helpful as my service advisor and the gentleman that shuttled me back home instead of having to wait there was also great. I’ve gotten loaners from them in the past but the shuttle service was much more convenient this time. All in all am glad to be able to bring my car there

I am am an Uber and Lyft driver, and earlier this year, my steering wheel pump stopped working.
I had my vehicle towed to Baker Infinity, and Donovan went above and beyond to check if the cost of the pump was covered under the pre-own certify warranty offered by Infinity, and it was!

This was my first visit for oil change and maintenance, everything was great, fast and convenient, manager Donovan was great.
Want to thank Brenda Hodge at Baker INFINITI for a fantastic sales experience. She took her time going through the vehicle with us, explaining all of the features thoroughly. She went the extra mile and ran around the lot to find vehicles with the different interiors we were interested in. Ultimately we chose a different vehicle but it had nothing to do with Brenda so I wanted to come back and leave her a review. If you want an Infinity, go see Brenda!

Was amazing to work with he was so communicative and was happy to even come meet me to switch out cars when it was ready so I wouldn’t have to get stuck in traffic! My experience could not have been better. It was a complex problem in which the door locking system totally failed. It took several days to identify the corrective measures that were needed and to receive and install the corrective parts. The service tech’s communication were frequent, detailed and kept me in the loop with process and progress.
We had a seamless sale with Baker and glad we got Mrs. Brenda she wasn't a pushy sales person and respected us from the start.
