While all new INFINITI owners are provided with 48 months of this special service, the plan extends your Emergency Roadside coverage for the entire term of the plan you purchase, up to 8 years / 120,000 miles.

Upon receiving your call, a qualified representative will assess your needs and dispatch assistance for emergency services which include: battery jump-start, flat tire change (with your inflated spare), out of gas fuel delivery and lock out assistance

Towing Coverage1

If your vehicle is disabled due to the mechanical failure of a covered component, you will be reimbursed up to $100 for towing to the nearest INFINITI retailer or qualified repair facility

“Sign And Drive” Service

Maximize convenience and minimize costs. Simply sign the service repair order and continue to your destination

Trip Interruption Benefits1

The plan entitles you to trip interruption and reunite service coverage if a breakdown caused by a covered component occurs when you are 100 miles or more away from home. Receive reimbursement through trip interruption for lodging, meals, and alternative transportation

A maximum of $500 per incident will be reimbursed for combined Trip Interruption benefits

Alternate Transportation

If you need to arrange emergency transportation due to a mechanical breakdown caused by a covered component, you’ll receive reimbursement from INFINITI up to $50 a day, for a maximum of 5 days and $250 per service visit
