Construction Update 10/28/2019

Grey Interiors wrapped up finishing the walls and hang hanging millwork blocking.

Quantum Coatings followed right behind finished drywall priming all available walls.

Out front, Craven installed exterior aluminum storefront and O’Cain is working to rough grade the front parking lot for pervious pavers.

CSW is continuing with air barrier and their stucco system on the Mercedes side of the building.

Upcoming Construction

  • Continue air barrier and stucco
  • Continue above ceiling rough-in
  • Start up RTU’s
  • Complete prime and first coat
  • Begin ceiling grid
  • Begin punched openings
