Construction Update 10/14/2019

With in-wall and insulation inspections passing last week, Grey Interiors wasted no time insulating and hanging walls.

With in-wall work complete, trade partners are working on above ceiling rough-ins in preparation for ceiling grid.

CSW is progressing with air barrier and their stucco system around the back and sides of the building.

Upcoming Construction

  • Continue air barrier and stucco
  • Continue above ceiling rough-in
  • Complete hanging drywall
  • Start up RTU’s
  • Finish drywall
