Construction Update 12/20/2019

The Baker INFINITI project is finally starting to take shape, thanks to the hard work of our trade partners.

On the interior, heat is on and lights are burning, allowing for finishes to begin. Watford is progressing with tile work, Acousti has dropped ceiling tiles and Low Country Case & Millwork has started their wall panels.

On the exterior, CSW has been working to complete their stucco and Unit Pavers has laid their pavers in the parking lot. Craven Glass is now preparing to erect the glass curtainwall sail.

Yesterday we held a trade appreciation party to thank all of trade partners for their hard work on the project.

Upcoming Construction

  • Complete stucco
  • Begin curtainwall sail
  • Complete floor tile
  • Complete carpet tile
  • Install millwork panels
  • Point-up and final paint
