Construction Update 10/7/2019

The Baker INFINITI mock-up is coming along nicely and will be looking for city approval shortly.

In wall rough-ins are nearly complete and above ceiling rough-ins are in progress for all MEP trades.

CSW is progressing with air barrier and their stucco system around the back and sides of the building.

Grey interiors is working on topping out second floor walls, keeping all of our MEP trade partners moving along.

Upcoming Construction

  • Complete in-wall MEP rough-in
  • Continue air barrier and stucco
  • Continue above ceiling rough-in
  • Start up RTU’s
  • Complete top out and hang walls
